1. Service Overview

This free website review service ("the Service") is provided by JayCode, operated by Joe Seabrook as a sole trader under the laws of England and Wales. The Service consists of a manual website analysis covering technical, SEO, content, and competitor aspects.

2. Eligibility

• The Service is available to website owners or their authorized representatives.
• The website submitted must be live and accessible at the time of review.
• JayCode reserves the right to decline review requests at its discretion.

3. Service Limitations

• Limited to 5 reviews per week to maintain quality standards.
• The review is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
• Recommendations provided are advisory in nature and implementation is at the client's discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

• The review report and all materials provided remain the intellectual property of JayCode.
• The client may use the report findings for their website improvement purposes only.

5. Confidentiality

Any business information shared during the review process will be treated as confidential. JayCode may use anonymous, aggregated data for service improvement purposes.
